Disparities National Coordinating Center Learning Toolbox – A toolbox developed as part of a six-part training series on health disparities to provide resources for quality improvement organizations to address issues of health equity in their work in local communities. The toolbox focuses on different methods of measuring health disparity outcomes. It includes a quick primer on the topic, and provides links to a set of freely available articles, tools, and other resources.

Gallup – Healthways Well-Being Index – A measure of well-being used worldwide.

gov – a federal government website with extensive information about every aspect of health IT. It has sections for providers and professionals; patients and families; policy researchers and implementers, and federal advisory committees.

Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation – A website describing research on population health to inform strategic decision making and improved health worldwide.

Population Health Metrics – An open access, peer-reviewed, online journal featuring innovative research that addresses all aspects of the measurement of population health, including concepts, methods, ethics, and results.

PROMIS Resources – Patient-reported outcomes-related tools, reports, and online resources for researchers and clinicians. There is also a series of instructional videos.
