Workplace Health

Workplace health is the foundation of employee well-being, and a rapidly growing area of interest for employers and others. There is growing recognition that untreated health conditions including behavioral health illnesses are increasingly impacting workplace productivity, employer health and disability costs, and employee well-being. Employers are beginning to invest in their workforce and recognize the importance of prevention of illness and disability, early recognition of health conditions, and effective pathways to care and treatment.

Definition
